Who can vote in District 4?

All residents of Summit County District 4 - including the following neighborhoods (see map and link for greater detail):

  • Canyons

  • Kimball Junction

  • Ranch Place

  • Silver Springs

  • Willow Creek

  • Snyders Mill

  • Park West

  • Sun Peak

  • Bear Hollow

  • Highland Estates

  • Trailside

  • Old Ranch Road

  • Upper Pinebrook

How does Summit County Council - District 4 Voting work?

All District 4 residents may do the following:

  • Sign Nomination Petition to ensure John Kucera reaches the Primary ballot

    • Any resident may sign, regardless of party affiliation

    • Will not impact your Primary vote on June 23rd

      • You may choose from any candidate on the Primary ballot

    • Contact the campaign or email john@john4council.com

  • March 17th at 6pm - Attend the Democratic Caucus at Park City High School

  • June 23rd 2026 - Vote in the Democratic Primary

    • All residents of District 4 can request a primary ballot to participate (recommended to do 30 days prior to Primary)

    • All Democratic Party registered voters will automatically receive a ballot

    • For District 4 County Council - the Primary will decide the race

  • November 3rd 2026 – US Mid-Term Election for all offices
